Hanif Gohar the Chairman of Gohar Group of Companies together with Nasir Hussain Shah the Sindh Minister of Local Government & Sports, Javed Miandad the President Karachi Tape Ball Cricket Premier League (KTPL) and Zohair Naseer the Chairman KTPL unveiled the Winning Trophy of the KTPL Season 2. The glittering event held in a local hotel in Karachi in the presence of many other business and sports celebrities like Senior Vice presidents KTPL Haroon Rasheed, Sadiq Muhammad and Tuseef Ahmed, businessmen Mirza Ikthiar Baig of Baig Group, Hanif Memon Vice President ABAD, Iqbal Memon the Commissioner of Karachi and a big enthusiast audience. Chairman Gohar Group Hanif Gohar lauding the talent of street cricket in Pakistan praised the efforts of Zohair Naseer to bring the street cricket stars in limelight. Hanif Gohar also revealed in this Season 2, Group has two teams the Clifton Ghazi and the Gulshan Gohar, vying for the winning trophy of the KTPL.

Provincial Minister Nasir Hussain Shah appreciated the efforts of Badar Expo for staging the KTPL Season 2 and hinted that the Sindh government is also intending to launch the Sindh Cricket Premiere League in future. Gohar Gulshan also contested in the inaugural KTPL Season with former Test cricketer Hasan Raza as their captain. Then the team couldn’t qualify to the knock out round, however this season all the team members have worked specially hard and extremely motivated under their CEO Nabeel Gohar.
