UGDC

The Universal Gas Distribution Company (Private) Limited is incorporated under Section 32 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (XLVII) with effect from 2nd July, 2014. The company is duly registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). UGDC is the only private sector entity in the country which holds a license for the sale of Natural Gas alongside two state-owned gas companies involved in the sale of Natural Gas (i.e. Sui Southern Gas Company Limited and Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited). UGDC is also the first private sector company in Pakistan to source LNG/Gas for its consumers in order to meet the burgeoning gas demands of the country and to help assist the government in meeting the ever-increasing gas needs of the country.
